They have become the go to place in Holbeach. Food is usually very good. Feels like its fresh and plenty of effort into the dishes. Reasonable amount of meat in the portions so one up on others. Lamb biriyani was very nice. Unfortunately on this occasion the Brinjal (aubergine) Bhaji was under cooked, chunks were bit hard. Freshly cook but too quick to bag. Sag Paneer is a bit on the sweet side too. Plus its sloppy style rather than dry style. However previous mushroom bhaji was great. Dhansak is perfect too.

Sorry to report that tonights order we did not enjoy at all. The biryani was ok but not exceptional. The balti on the other hand was not very nice at all, an unusual taste which burnt the stomach. Great shame but suppose you can't win then all.

We asked for less oil as the dishes usually arrive swimming in a 4mm layer of fat. Two of us have worked in Indian Restaurants and the staff curry isn't dripping in oil, it's not necessary for the food to be like that. So it turns up swimming in fatty oil again.

Most dishes have the same intensity of heat, a lot of heat , they should be more representative of a dish not just hot, Sauce is very greasy with oil on the top - it would be nicer with less, Spinach potato dish nice flavour but very little spinach and far too big potato pieces. One chicken dish rather too salty
